We do not want to sell you a new container, so there is no conflict in our service capabilities. And with a 98.1% refurbishment percentage, our business is to bring your container back to life.
Safety is paramount to UKCM, with the Safe and Effiecient operation of the Container being at the forefront of our refurbishment process.
Any major damage that we deem unsuitable for reworking, such as extensive damage to the frontal receiver or Comb bar will be immediately photographed and emailed to the customer. This container can either be scrapped by UKCM or delivered back to the customer for them to dispose of directly at No Extra Charge.
But before you decide to Scrap any of your containers, or if your current refurbisher will not collect the containers for rework please contact us and we will collect & inspect the containers to see if they can actually be refurbished. The UKCM drivers and collection vehicles are fully trained and equipped in all aspects of manual handling and will deal with any situation placed upon them. The nature of the industry is such that containers are not always in the right place at the right time, and our drivers go the extra mile to assist in manouvering the containers around the yard in order to bring the containers back for refurbishment, or deliver them back after the UKCM refurbishment process.
UKCM also holds a waste carriers license. This is imperative as some of the containers collected from our customers still hold small amounts of waste. This waste is disposed of by UKCM and the containers cleaned and sanitised prior to refurbishment.
